After days of preparation, the tabernacle service begins. It is the "eighth day"—a day of new beginnings in God’s presence. Fire falls, glory appears, and joy erupts… but so does tragedy when God’s holiness is treated lightly. What does it mean to rejoice in God’s nearness without becoming casual about it?
